First Aid Responder / Bike Patrol (m/f/d) Season 2026

Are you always ready when it matters? As a first aid responder, you make sure that bikers are safe on the road with us and get help quickly when they need it.
During the main season, you are our first aid professional on site. Before and after the season, you will also contribute as a shaper or trail builder and support our team with your technical skills. The role includes first aid measures as well as communication and documentation tasks as part of professional emergency management.
About us
Our bike park is one of the highest quality and most diverse facilities in the Alpine region. From the beginner-friendly Flowline to plenty of airtime on the 99 Jumpline and the Monster Jumpline, there is something for every level - beginners, hobby riders, advanced riders and international pros who regularly come to us for training and World Cup preparation. To further increase this quality, we are looking for you as a Head Shaper.
What you do
- Coordinating and carrying out rescue operations in the bike park
- Quick and professional first aid for injured riders at the scene of an accident
- Coordinating and alerting other rescue services (emergency doctor, rescue service, mountain rescue), including handover to professional emergency services
- Assessing the situation on site, securing the accident site and minimizing further risks for guests and the team
- Support with the maintenance and servicing of the trails
- Basic tasks in the bike park
What you bring with you
- 16-hour first aid course (not older than 3 years)
- Experience as a first aider - training with the mountain rescue service or as a paramedic is an advantage
- Class B driver's license
- Physical and mental resilience - you are fit for demanding work in the terrain
- A sense of teamwork and responsibility, punctuality and a hands-on attitude
- Enthusiasm for mountain bikes and outdoor sports
- Language: German and English - you communicate clearly and confidently

- Seasonal position from April to November 2026 with the possibility of a year-round position in another area
