Snowmaker (m/f/d) Season 26/27

Winter doesn't start with snow.

As a snowmaker on the Planai-Hochwurzen, you make sure that water becomes snow. With modern technology, teamwork and the right instinct for the right moment, you create the basis for perfect slopes.

Your tasks as a snowmaker

• Production of technical snow
• Supervision of the systems on site (pumping stations, piping, tapping points, etc.)
• Checking and monitoring the snow machines, pumping stations and control systems
• Revision, maintenance and servicing of the entire snowmaking system
• Active collaboration on snow-making system construction sites (pipe laying, power lines, tapping points, etc.)

What you should bring with you

• Technical understanding
• Manual skills, ideally training in technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
• Willingness to work nights and weekends in the months between October and February - because snowmaking runs when it's cold
• Experience with complex systems is an advantage
• Flexibility and enthusiasm, even in cold and changing weather conditions
• Class B driving license
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and a structured way of working
